Hermes is the B2B mailing system: it writes and launches your outreach campaigns, manages mail like a real email client, and finds the right prospects to contact with Scout.

hermes reads the emails you've already written, learns how you express yourself, and prepares the drafts for you. Sales pitches, follow-ups, quotes, reminders and campaign copy come out in your tone and with your signature, ready to review. You fix what's off and decide what goes out: no message is sent without your go-ahead. Sensitive contact data is screened before any processing.

Aven is a place.

Aven is the first Personal AI Network: you talk with Aven and with characters that have semantic memory and a stable identity. You get to know each other, and a real bond forms.

Not just another assistant, and not a single character, but a place. Once Aven knows you, it suggests the users closest to who you are, so conversations turn into real people you can actually meet. You can open a group where people and characters talk all together, or ask a friend's favourite character for advice about him, the way you'd ask a mutual friend. Two people who've met can also pair their Avens directly, with no server in between. Everything lives on your device and runs locally on open models from 12 to 31 billion parameters, on edge devices. It's free forever, never rented: no one can shut it down, change it, or take it away from you. It works when it brings you closer to real people, not when it replaces them.

It's the protocol Aven and ethOS are built on, and it doesn't depend on the model: it applies to any AI, including local ones. It defines how a stable digital identity is born, grows and defends itself: a character that stays the same conversation after conversation, a memory that connects what's already been said, and a defense that holds when someone tries to push it outside its own rules. It's what lets a local open model behave the way you'd expect from a much larger one.
